For studying the dynamics of the particles with BCDI I need line profiles through the reconstructed objects.
Describe the solution you'd like
Extraction of line profiles along principal matrix dimensions of orthogonalized objects.
The profiles could be taken through the center of mass of the objects modulus.
It should work on modulus, displacement field, and strain.
It should return figures and raw matrix (coordinate, value).
