travis migration - travis-ci.org -> travis-ci.com #40

Travis is migrating support for open source projects from travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com, and will be closing travis-ci.org at the end of the year.

@hjwilli isn't Travis CI doing the same (or something very similar) to the GitHub actions job in this repository? If so, maybe this can be closed by removing travis? I think their free tier is also going away or reducing availability?
