Window Icon is a system yellow warning icon #2

wc.hIconSm is being set, but the icon displayed on the taskbar and window caption bar is a system default triangle warning icon. The binary file uses the correct images in Windows Explorer however. a745ed333924cf21795067417b6d0bed d5e43a81f7f3b29efb3ce9cc8301ac9a
