Separate client interfaces from server implementation #8

It would be more in line with Java EE packaging if the client API
(SocketMessage and SocketMessageEndpoint) was available in a separate jar.

Now the artifact is called sockets-api and only contains the 2 interfaces. The
implementations are packaged directly in the rar.
