[Links] Target original README creator repository for links #13

If you open a README list that has relative images or links, they will generate a 404 not found error, and will not load.

It would be awesome to have a way that is not too massive to search for those paths and retarget them to the correct repositories.

Hello,

I'm closing this issue for now because this particular problem only happens in a very small subset of README files. I have checked it, and most, if not all of them, are currently correctly showing the images inside them, and not returning 404 errors anymore.

If you see a repository with this error and would like to fix it, please let me know and I will reopen this again and assign you to this issue.
