Modified Redux store config and actions file #30

List of things done in this PR:

Modified configureStore to add Redux plugin and give an idea of how to add multiple middlewares
Modified actions file to use the functionality of redux-thunks, which is to dispatch functions. Which can later leverage to dispatch multiple actions in the same functions.
Fixed an error for searchbar in console.

Some suggestions:

Keep constants in root constants file.
use create-react-app instead of webpack. Webpack is generally used in projects where custom config is required.

Your changes are really good. Using the Redux dev tools was also something I was confused about, but since I have started a new job with a project that uses it, I now understand how useful it can be. Also, keeping constants in one file is a great practice for organization!
