So that it is always up to date, also that I can keep the costs low/non-existent. So that it doesn't require input from programmers.

Mapping for change have a database that houses most of the details we need. We have attempted to get in contact with Mapping for Change. Our PO Virginia has also been in contact with Mapping for Change. We have instead chosen to use AirTable a database which can easily be updated by a number of different users who have a link to it.

That sounds like a good solution. I was thinking that data is the one of the most valuable elements, so unlikely that Mapping For Change would give access to their database for free/at all. Looking forward to trying AirTable.
