RFE: Fetching older versions of documents #452

For all types of document in Google Docs, there should be full history support.

Proposed changes:
* A new URL for listing document revision history, providing revision IDs and 
their respective dates and authors.
* An additional, optional parameter for /feeds/download/*/Export: a revisionID.

This isn't a limitation of the Python client, but of the underlying API. You 
can request this as a feature on the API Discussion Forum:
