2.0.15 tar.gz distribution has no setup.py #551

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the 2.0.15 tar.gz uploaded half an hour ago
2. Untar it
3. The install docs say to run ./setup.py, but there is not setup.py in the
root of the tarball

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see setup.py. I do not.

What version of the product are you using?
2.0.15

Please provide any additional information below.
This is also breaking PyPi installation via pip (of course).

Thanks, works great. I'm filing a separate but about the json import in Python
2.5 without builtin json.

Never mind, I see that it tries to import simplejson first, but simplejson
isn't required in setup.py, which makes sense since it's not needed in Python
2.6 and up. I'll just manually install simplejson first.
