Show folders in google docs list #602

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am running: google docs list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to see all files and folders in a list. Instead I can see only 
files, without folders.

What version of the product are you using?
0.9.13

Please provide any additional information below.
A folder name can be presented as a field (attribute) of any file or as another 
entry on a list (beginning with *).

Could you please confirm which version of the library you are using? 0.9.13 
would be really really old.
