folders not working with SVN code #603

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.#/usr/local/bin/google docs upload --no-convert --folder "scornn" 
/Users/computerservices/my.pdf
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
upload into folder scornn upload with no folder

What version of the product are you using?
gdata-2.0.14 googlecl-0.9.13-py2.7 + 
googlecl-0.9.13-py2.7.egg/googlecl/docs/client.py on mac from SVN 10.7.3

Please provide any additional information below.
would love subfolders as I have 200+ user folders i.e.scornn and then year 
subfolders i.e. 2012 for each user 
would it be poasable to upload to a subfolderr if you used the URL i.e. 
https://docs.google.com/a/ourschools.org/#folders/folder.0.0....
