Gdata does not install on Windows. #612

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install python 2.6 on windows
2. setup gdata-2.0.17

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No warning messages. Warning messages.

What version of the product are you using?
2.0.17

Please provide any additional information below.

2.4-2.6 do not give me errors like in the 3.0 branch where it gives
errors on a comma.

It says above you are using Python2.6, but below Python3.0. Could you confirm 
which please? Thanks!
