What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create client email settings object
2.create filter with arg including forward_to="email address"
3.run script
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected forwarding filter created, filter is made but without forwarding
enabled
What version of the product are you using?
2.0.17
