Hello, my friend has an Android Razr. It was hacked two years ago. Verizon
refuses to help him with this and told him he has to contact Google. He is
unable to do this, as the hacker intercepts any incoming or outgoing gmail or
texts. He has tried a new gmail account and phone, but nothing helps. Google
has told my friend that he has the virus called "SPY_DER" and reconfigures the
developers administration codes. The hacker has done all of this under Google's
terms of service, privacy policy and copy rights. He has bookmarked all of the
sites that he uses for information. Under bookmarks it has: bookmarks, mobile
bookmarks, and desktop bookmarks. The hacker has re-programmed my friends phone
to his own specifications! The G2team has been advised and was working on this
issue. They said they would get back to my friend in two weeks. He has heard
nothing from G2. Perhaps you could contact him through my email as his has been
compromised? The hacker has gone so far as to upload all of my friends picture
and videos onto Youtube. "My Verizon", Facebook, Motocast/ID, playstore, and
Picassa accounts have had their usernames and passwords changed. He is in
control of all of my friends downloads, uploads, and offloads. The dial screen
and contacts apps have been removed along with their icons. The hacker has also
installed the "incognito" tab page. Oh! Did I mention this has all been done in
Spanish?!?!My friends gmail accounts are: Lynncollc1031@gmail.com and
kellysman.sd@gmail.com. Thank you for your time and expertise. Boots J.
