Setup new position for the tag cameras #3

The tag cameras are currently mounted at a too high position relative to the tags at the MPSes. As such we loose the tag when we are standing too close to the MPS. To overcome this we are in need of a new position of the tag camera.

Moved the tag camera further back. The tag is now perfectly centred in the field of view, even when standing directly next to the MPS.
