In the developers' hands, tested on at least 3 different computer systems, phanotate is working, but in at least one instance the fastpath and fastpathz executables appear to be in place, but are not recognized. This generates a genecall output file (phanotateOutput.txt) that contains an error message. Due to this file not containing phanotate output, the phanotate genecall parser fails, generating a "subscript out of bounds" error. The problem may be with compilation of fastpath, or it may be due to execution of the system command in phanotate.py, which upon failure generates the error message that is written to phanotateOutput.txt.
