I think Microsoft changed something in how they handle e-mail authentification for Hotmail.

Since October 2024 I am pretty sure the existing Authentication does not work anymore as descirbed here: https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/Notify_email

I don't have a solution but it stopped working.

Pretty sure this ties to #1225

Microsoft Hotmail now only works with a tenant_id, client_id, and secret_id.

I haven't got it working myself yet, but it's definitely much more complicated to use Microsoft email (both Hotmail and Office 365).
