No failure notifications #74

I just set this up, and its currently working for successful downloads, however it isn't sending a notification on a failed download. I set OnFailure to be Yes under the Notify tab on the side bar of the webui, still nothing. the test works correctly and as I said so does successful downloads so not sure what the issue may be. Not sure if there is a log file I can provide, I have it running within a docker if that helps.

Error appears to have resolved itself, today I started receiving failure notifications.

I have the same, but it wont resolve itself, so it is not fixed.
