Currently I am taking notes and reading an Epub book and when I move around in the text of my notes with the keyboard arrow keys it also navigates the book as well. #Feature request to isolate the keyboard controls when the epub window is not in focus.

Having same issue, came here to report but found this while ensuring I wasn't gonna make a duplicate. I am on Windows 11. I am able to test this on Linux if that's something anyone wants me to do.
