Hi,

I'm trying to use carp with RepeatMasker, according to your user manual. Can you tell me where I can find the format_RMSK.pl file?

All the code used in CARP can be found at: https://github.com/carp-te/carp-documentation/code. By the way, if you recently downloaded the GB_TE data from NCBI, please change the format of it. The detail can be found at: https://github.com/carp-te/carp-documentation/issues/14

I want to add to this issue. The documentation says run: perl format_RMSK.pl ConsensusSequences.fa > tmp # (and then move the file, later)

I think you mean: format_RMSK.pl ConsensusSequences.fa.out > ConsensusSequences.fa.map
