pdf document name mis-spelled #2

This will need a git mv for both the pdf and the tex. While you are at it, also shorten it and remove the spaces in the filename.

@luzengAdelaide Can we get this done? If this is a public repo it needs to look professional.

@luzengAdelaide The spelling of the file name still needs to be corrected: document, not documnet.

@dadelson We made all the changes in a branch called fixes, we renamed document name to CARP
