CENSOR/Repbase #24

I'd like to run CARP, but now that Repbase is subscription only, it's not possible to install the version of CENSOR which contains a copy of repbase.

Not sure what the fix is here, but new users should be aware they need a subscription to repbase for this pipeline to work

Oh no! I'm really sorry to hear that! I've also tried to download Repbase library, but it seems my current institution has no license either. The lucky thing is I've uploaded all the files I used to the link below: https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/k88h5xnhcb/1.

This link has been also mentioned in our CARP pipeline document: 1.4 Repeat Library Annotation, please have a look. However, I downloaded them in 2017, which means they may not the most recent version. I'll talk to people and try to figure out a way to fix it.
