Tensorflow version ? #16

Can you pls add a requirements.txt ?

Hi @anujgupta82, please see #14 for this question. Also, if you want to upgrade to a more recent TF version I would recommend trying this which is a tool by TF to upgrade TF Python scripts. I have not tested it on this particular repo, but it worked well on many other projects I worked on (just need to work on a few additional adjustments, sometimes).
