Add support for Unicode Version 15.1 #283

Is there a timeline for adding support for the latest Unicode version?

Unicode version 15.1.0 was approved in September 2023, but I am not sure if there is more to wait for before adding the new emojis.

The new emojis are here: https://emojipedia.org/emoji-15.1

I saw that for Unicode 15.0.0 there was an issue (https://github.com/carpedm20/emoji/issues/235) created a few weeks after the release, but I haven't seen anything for Unicode 15.1.0 yet.
