Are all the pieces of the drug development pipeline inherently in conflict with open science ideals? #25

Drug development is a long, complex process involving many different moving pieces. Drug development relies on value propositions and open science is a spectrum (not a yes/no decision).

These two facts beg the question: Are all of the drug development pieces in direct conflict with open science?
