Next/Prev pages on translated episodes #5

The way it's implemented at the moment uses the .next/.prev properties of each page. As the whole translation is a new collection .next or .prev doesn't take you where you want before/after the first/last episode of a lesson.

Is it working on carp-theme? Revisit when brought back.
