Change lessons so shows other languages

There are few ways to do this with Jekyll.

This will require a PR to the main repo including the update of the submodule and some changes on the _config.yaml

This is now included somehow in the theme (or the other theme - carpentries-i18n/carp-theme#3 needs to be fixed!)
