When running the workshop, there was a link to a setup page (which was a part of the home page) to help install NextFlow that seems to be missing now which is important because users will need a Java Runtime installed in order to use NextFlow.
This was something many users had issues with, especially because NextFlow at the time didn't have support for the latest version of JDK (which is currently version 19 as of the creation of this issue). NextFlow requires JDK <=v18.
Alternatively having some basic instructions to load the NextFlow module on Pawsey or OzStar might also be useful.
Showing the loading of all the required modules(i.e. NextFlow and Singularity/Apptainer) for the workshop on a cluster might also be useful.
