Draft and document the scope of the project #35

I should take a crack at this based on the mission/initial idea of the lesson, and based on what we've discussed so far. Then we should edit it as we draft the whole lesson, and finalize it once we have a rough draft, if not long before.

To help think about this, I started brainstorming some lessons that other guides to making reprexes try to teach. For each one, we can figure out whether our lesson successfully covers it and whether it should. Appendix A4 of the lesson development doc
