Explain mriqc #39

In the lesson bids-derivatives (https://github.com/carpentries-incubator/SDC-BIDS-IntroMRI/blob/gh-pages/_episodes/bids-derivatives.md):

We talk about using BIDS Apps and the lesson involves using mriqc. However, we don't mention what mriqc does when we run the container with our MRI data. We may also want to consider adding the expected output for this lesson.

@connorphipps Are you sure the lesson requires using mriqc? I have revised the contents/episodes, and we do not require using mriqc. I am afraid the requirements for the lesson setup are accurate: https://carpentries-incubator.github.io/SDC-BIDS-IntroMRI/setup.html

It might be a nice addition to tell about the increasing relevance of automated QC tools in MRI as we generate an increasing amount of data. At present, mriqc is only mentioned as an example of a BIDS app, though, much like other relevant tools are mentioned in the same list.

Please, feel free to propose a PR.
