Update setup instructions

The setup instructions for the lesson can be found in setup.md.

• [x] include language being used in the official Software Carpentry lessons (eg. python-novice-inflammation.
• [x] add instructions for using Binder as discussed in the scaffolding installation blog post
• [ ] possibly create separate Binder links for JupyterHub and JupyterLab
• [ ] include instructions for using datalad in addition to the aws cli for downloading lesson content
