The execution of eddy is timing out (the build is marked as passing, though): https://github.com/carpentries-incubator/SDC-BIDS-dMRI/actions/runs/5663965000/job/15346506307?pr=234#step:13:61

but now at least the command is found. The cell was tested locally and the command is working. The rest of the notebooks are passing: https://github.com/carpentries-incubator/SDC-BIDS-dMRI/actions/runs/5663965000?pr=234

The timeout issue will be addressed in a separate PR. Cross-referencing PRs #205 and #207.
