[MAINT] - Translate slides to data carpentry, update timings, add CI #15

Main changes are:

  1. Added Github actions CI, build + notebook runs passing
  2. Updated the subject used to be the very first subject that gets downloaded to ensure that all notebooks up till the last one will work with just 1 subject
  3. Translated slides to data carpentry pages
  4. Fixed the timings table which was broken since the "dep" prefix wasn't being properly ignored. So those files had to be renamed
  5. Updating timings

Thanks for this addition @jerdra! I just made a few minor edits for typos and stuff. Also, you may have to double check this but do you know if the image-title-here gets displayed in the references page? If so, it might be worth creating tags that correspond to the image title.

Appreciate the edits Michael! Yes it does appear show up in the reference pages, I'll update them as appropriate
