Objectives / milestones:

[ ] can only contain ATCG
[ ] can be translated
[ ] Load protein sequences froma FASTA file, search for protein sequences with more than a certain number of occurrences of a particular amino acid (e.g. glutamines), and check whether they are enriched for a biological function
