Fixes #1

So far this is only the bare minimum of changes to CONTRIBUTING.md, to fix relevant URLs make it more specific to this lesson. You may wish to further customise the content, to remove more of the generic Carpentries content, better guide contributors to the lesson, and encourage more external contributions.
