Fix typos in episode 2 + Add some descriptions to episode 3

Hi @shbrief ! Thanks for these - we really appreciate any help. At the same time, I was making big changes to episode 3. I have merged my pull requests for this first. I am not all that git savvy and not sure what that will do to your pull request. You may have to pull the changes I made for Episode 3 and then re-do the changes you have made. Did you get invited to the meeting July 19 at 3 pm CEST to work on this? If not, we will arrange another meeting with you next week.
