Ep04 ex2: Use featureCounts from bio-cwl-tools downloaded in setup #67

The episode shows how to download the file from GitHub, but the setup section clones the bio-cwl-tools repo and the solution uses the file path to the cloned repo. The episode could still show copying from GitHub as an alternative.
