Change start of CWL/Shell tool lesson, to include docker #78

I've added an example raw docker command, for justifying using the CWL script that we write after this.

This is a draft, as I've not yet removed the current initial material describing CWL notation using the 'Hello World' example. I think we could, perhaps, fold the explanation given in that example into the workflow description below?
