Include real-world example #362

From #303 we got the feedback to include more real-world examples.

I often show https://github.com/matchms/ms2deepscore as an example, since it is a great example of how deep learning applied to research can with quite minimum effort have great impact and the keras code it includes is quite readable for someone who just did the course.

My suggestion is to have a very small closing episode, that adds this real-world example, but also has clear instructor notes stating that the instructors can bring in any real-world example of deep learning applied to research that they know well.
