Move lesson design page #409

The lesson design was still in the learner-profiles page. The learner profiles are also for learners, but the design is for instructors.

Als fixed the link in the README that was broken.

What does this mean? If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.
