Add discussion about bias evaluation

the change to the dollar street data also opens a really great opportunity to do bias evaluation and talk about the importance of having many dimensions of diversity in a dataset. This is definitely out of scope for the reivew, but this dataset was published in a neurips paper showing some of this; the paper might be good to include in outlook as a reference
