Headers structure in Episode 4

There are multiple issues in the headers structure in episode 4:

The header of section 4 refers to choosing a pretrained model, but only describes advanced layer type.
The sub-headers are all on the same level (##) as the section header
There is a callout below that actually refers to pre-trained models

This should be reviewed and fixed.
