Added Kamilla's comments on setup #42

To check with @kkh451 what to do with her lovely screenshots - e.g. replace the existing ones? And maybe ask Kamilla to create the screenshot of GitBash configuration options for Git Editor and Default branch for new repositories.

The changes to setup.md here all accurately reflect the feedback provided when a test-run of the setup process was carried out on Windows 11.
