add note on cloud cover filtering for cmr, switch coords for easier copying #118

this fixes the coord order so it is copied in the correct order for the challenge. notes cloud filtering limitation and gh issue for nasa cmr. we should remove this example in the future and replace with a more stable stac endpoint that has working cloud filtering.
