Setup instructions #126

Modified the set-up instructions to work with anaconda prompt on windows. Also changed the instructions as necessary. Additional methods are in separate callbacks so as to not confuse the learners.

Hi @rbavery, we are preparing for a workshop in the end of March, and making several changes. Since the changes will be small, we decide to directly make PRs to the Carpentry repo instead of working on our fork.

This update on the setup was implemented by my colleague Pranav @cpranav93. I reviewed it and will merge it. Just let me know if you find something more need to be changed. We can always implement them later.
