Add alt text and captions for exercises
Simplify plotting code for pvals
Use better example for regularisation
Add better explanation of why least squares is good
Remove Horvath data, keeping only a vector of CpGs
Hide some complex unneeded code.

After Mary's PRs, as I've pulled them to avoid future conflicts
