This PR provides a minor cosmetic "facelift," with minor clarifications in a few places, removal of most julia> prompts in favor of separate julia and output codeblocks, and with a more detailed Setup page modeled after The Carpentries' Workshop Template. The GitHub version of Trebuchet.jl is now added (#30), and a minor bug (missing ) in the call to gradient) has been fixed, both identified by working through the lesson.
