Basic language fixing - Intro + Accessing Packages

In this PR I went through ~the materials~ the first few pages in preparation for a broader use of this lesson. See also #117

I addressed:

• Scientific/academic language. We wrote this as a course for academics, but it can and should be used outside of that. Therefore, I removed references to science as the assumed profession of the learner.
• Workbench features. There are many specifically styled fences available for the Carpentries workbench lessons, that were not applied in the transition. I took this opportunity to do so.
• Instructor notes. This is a good opportunity to add some of our teaching experiences to the materials, to the benefit of future instructors.
• Alt texts for images. Workbench tries to increase the accessibility of the Carpentries lessons, and it recommends using descriptive alt texts for images used.
• Edit language; I mostly edited for clarity.

I am planning to do this for more episodes, but to prevent this becoming a monster PR, I'm submitting it for review already!

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.
