Add lesson information to support new workshop template at eScience Center

We want to pull automatically information about the lesson into the workshop page and other places. The information should be in the _meta directory, following the example in the docker lesson repository. There should be five markdown files in this directory:

• advertisement.md: text that will be used to advertise the workshop (eg. email)
• description.md: description on the lesson page, workshop page and eventbrite page
• prerequisites.md: required prior knowledge of the participants
• short_description.md: max 140 characters summary of the lesson
• syllabus.md: bullet point list of skills taught in this lesson, between 6 and 10 points

Hey @HannoSpreeuw you can probably reuse some (or all) the material we have written for the workshop page in May.

@jhidding made some changes to the files expected in the _meta directory. They best reference at the moment is the Parallel Python Lesson _meta folder. @HannoSpreeuw @isazi when do you think you could add metadata to the repository?
