Cosmology example in chapter 5 (snakemake) isn't needed anymore #94

Right now chapter 5 (snakemake) includes references to the cosmology example.

This example is now one of the optional exercises (although I don't see a separate chapter for it yet)

I propose we remove all references to this cosmology example. That also means that we don't have to label the chapter a meta-lesson anymore.
